Join students, staff, faculty, and community members in celebration of Earth Month by volunteering with local organizations making positive change happen in our community.

Volunteers will plant trees with TreeUtah in a public park space under the guidance of TreeUtah's arborists and team. Even if you've never planted a tree before, join us with warm layers, a water bottle, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. TreeUtah will bring all the tools, trees, instruction, snacks and a supportive atmosphere! All ages!

Details from Tree Utah: When you arrive, please follow green TreeUtah flags to the back of the building and check in at our marvelously green TreeUtah tent. After we check in, we will begin our planting event with a planting demonstration, and a safety talk, from our ISA certified arborists.

Dress for the weather, we recommend wearing pants (not shorts), closed-toed shoes, bring sun protection and a refillable water bottle!

TreeUtah will provide tools, gloves, light snacks, sparkly drinks, and everything else!

We're excited to see you there soon! If you have any questions about this event, or if you're having trouble finding us on the day of the planting, please call or text Amy at 801-573-5685.
