ANSSC aims to inform the general public of the benefits of nuclear energy and its applications and to recruit students into the Utah Nuclear Engineering Program (UNEP). Additionally, the ANSSC fosters professional development and exciting nuclear-related opportunities for its members.

Full membership allows an ANSSC member to be appointed or run for a ANSSC Executive Board position (with exception to non-student members), to vote in General Member Meetings and to qualify for exclusive professional opportunities such as scholarships/internships, attending ANS conferences, and field trips/tours of nuclear facilities under the ANSSC group.

The Associated General Contractors of America Club aims to foster professional development between the Salt Lake City Area general contractors and students at the University of Utah. This is completed through meetings with industry professionals, site visits, and the ASC Competition.

BME GSAC’s purpose is generally to promote the well-being and success of biomedical engineering graduate students and to further their interests. It also acts as a liaison between graduate students, faculty, and administrators and oversees graduate student participation in assigned responsibilities, such as faculty evaluations and prospective student visits.
