Aly Hilbert is a Financial Advisor with a strong foundation in the industry. Graduating from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a BSBA in Accounting, Aly's career trajectory showcases a diverse range of experiences.



Starting as an Equity Sales Assistant and moving up to an Equity Capital Markets Analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott, Aly honed skills in assisting financial advisors, facilitating trades, and establishing client accounts. Their role expanded into a liaison position, collaborating between investment banks and FAs to market new public offerings. Transitioning to Carta, Aly focused on delivering 409A valuations to small and middle-market companies, directly engaging with clients to explain and review valuation analyses for equity stock options.



Aly's decision to join Renaissance was influenced by the company's people-centric ethos, emphasizing individual and firm-level success through dedicated programs. Aly particularly enjoys working with clients eager to understand the financial industry, assisting them in navigating financial planning amidst their daily financial responsibilities. She thrives on collaborating with driven individuals striving to achieve professional or personal goals while needing guidance in balancing their financial aspirations.



Beyond her professional endeavors, Aly is actively engaged in volunteer work, supporting organizations like Volunteer Income Tax Association, Women's Shelters, and Food Pantries.



Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania and having lived in Atlanta post-college, Aly currently resides in Sandy, UT, near Salt Lake City. Aly's interests outside of work include cooking, baking, nurturing plants, attending live music events, and spending quality time with her pets.
