What is the Law & Policy Series?

The University of Utah Dream Center's Law and Policy Series offers resources, and knowledge to help students, faculty, and staff navigate legal and policy issues impacting immigrant students and their communities.

This Law & Policy session will provide crucial insights into victim-based immigration relief, including: Eligibility and application process for U-Visas and VAWA petitions, Legal protections available for survivors of crimes and domestic violence, Explore and learn about pathways available to survivors seeking immigration relief
